Other studios give the audit away because it is really a sales call wearing a disguise. We charge for ours because it is not.
When we map your workflow, we document the handoffs, measure the error rates, score each friction point on four criteria, and deliver a written analysis you could take to any builder in the world. We then tell you, in plain language, whether AI is the right answer — or whether the problem is the process itself, and AI would only make the broken thing faster.
Roughly a third of the time, the honest finding is fix the process before you automate anything. When that is the finding, we say it. That integrity is what makes the build, when we propose it, worth trusting.
